Usage: For many years clove bud pure essential oil was used in the field of dentistry as a remedy for toothaches. It is said to be an excellent pain reliever, and as such, makes a nice addition to massage blends for aching and sore muscles.
Caution: Due to its strong aroma and potency, clove bud pure essential oil should always be used sparingly and should never be applied to the skin undiluted. It is a mucous membrane and dermal irritant. Avoid with alcoholism and if taking anticoagulants.
